How do I know if I'm being Hypnotized?
When you are hypnotized you feel very relaxed, but you are always awake. Your conscious mind may be distracted or your thoughts wander, but your conscious mind is open, sharper and cleaner to accept suggestions given by the hypnotherapist
Do you lose control when you go into hypnosis?
No, Emphatically no. You are in as much control when hypnotized as you are now. You will not do anything in hypnosis that you would not do normally.
Will I discuss personal and private things?
No, you will not do anything you do not think is acceptable. That is, you cannot be made to violate your own values or accept patterns of behavior.
What is Hypnosis? Why is it useful?

Is there a chance I wont wake up?
You will not be asleep. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are always in control to terminate this state at anytime.
Can everybody be Hypnotized?
Most people can be hypnotized. The only expectations are: (a) Individuals whose mental capacities are diminished to the point that they are unable to focus their attention. (b) those who are deliberately attempting to avoid the hypnosis state. (c) individuals whose concept of hypnosis is so profound that their expectations of the hypnotic state keep them from being hypnotized, unless all exceptions are fulfilled.
How many sessions are necessary?
The number of sessions will vary with each individual. Your intension, need, desire and determination all play a part in the over-all effects. Some are successful after only one session, however others might need six or more sessions to achieve success.
